DEI re-education is the "North Star" of Communities in Schools.In this episode I walk you through a DEI training led by a staff member of Communities is Schools - South Central Texas affiliate. The "Beads of Privilege" training defines PRIVILEGE by DEI standards. Intersectionality is also defined. The training aims to help the participant internalize the DEI worldview.
